We went out for breakfast on the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and decided to try somewhere new. I am all about trying new places, although I also like something tried and trusted. Being that I am new to Melbourne means that pretty much everything is new to me...it's great.

It is a cute spot not really near anything else and certainly not on any sort of main road, but it is still busy. I imagine it would be very popular with the locals.

It is pretty decent in size and has a really cute interior, outside was busy so we sat inside but it was really nice.

I mean, how gorgeous is this little set-up?! If that is a working fireplace I will be coming back here in winter!

Service was really good and prompt and when we went to order a large coffee she said 'a bowl of coffee'...I have found my spiritual home. ;)

She was not kidding, this thing was huge...I posted a photo on my instagram to compare it to the size of my hand for reference. The only downside is I don't skull my coffee, I like to take my time but I was conscious of it getting colder because it was so big. I am not too sure how many shots of coffee go in to this thing but I feel like I could have done with one more.
Also I didn't realise the cost of it until I realised I had forgotten to find that out for this post and went looking. This baby will set you back $7! I believe regular sized coffee is $3.80.

Breakfast was delicious, I would definitely come back here again.
Have a great day. x
